Dear Artists,
"A gallery, but not quite a gallery." BIOME, located in Kobe, Japan, would like to invite you to participate in a joint exhibition. BIOME is dedicated to hosting events, including exhibitions, as a space offering Kanjiru (Art) and Manabu (Education). As it enters its fifth year of operation, BIOME continues to introduce works from artists in diverse fields such as painting, printmaking, glass, ceramics, woodworking, and metalwork, not only from Japan but also from around the world. It has gained the appreciation of many visitors, with inquiries from distant places becoming more frequent.
Concept of the Exhibition:
Each artwork will be exhibited and sold with the idea that it is either "a treasure" to be cherished and valued or "a gift" to be presented to a loved one. We will also include a message from the artist. - Each artist may exhibit only one piece (or multiple items of the same type can be exhibited as one set.)
